These Terms and Conditions of Use ("T&Cs") govern the use of the ERNEST platform ("Platform"), operated by ERNEST, a company registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Paris under number 925 034 019, with its registered office located in Paris, France.

These T&Cs define the conditions under which users ("Users") may access and use the Platform, as well as the rights and obligations of ERNEST and its Users.

2. Acceptance of T&Cs

By accessing the Platform, Users acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted these T&Cs without reservation. If the User does not agree to the T&Cs, they must stop using the Platform immediately.

3. Login Credentials: Login credentials are personal and confidential. Users agree not to share them with third parties. Any activity conducted using a User's credentials is deemed to be performed by that User.

ERNEST connects talents, celebrities, and influencers with high-end hotels for mutually beneficial collaborations. Services include:

• Access to a private network of talents and hotels;
• Communication tools to facilitate collaborations;
• Features for searching and managing opportunities.

5. User Obligations

Users agree to:

1. Use the Platform in compliance with the law and these T&Cs;
2. Refrain from using the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes;
3. Respect the rights of other Users, including their privacy and intellectual property rights.
